About Jenny

She competed as an amateur for years and then ventured into the world of Salsa and other forms of movement. After meeting Christopher, who re-ignited her passion for the art of Ballroom/Latin, she turned professional and they began competing and doing shows as a couple. Jenny teaches students of all ages and abilities. Together with Christopher, they are the undefeated 2010 Canadian Closed Rhythm Champions.

Methodology of Teaching

We believe in preserving the authenticity of each dance, which is why we stress the importance of understanding the historical background and technique of each dance. Dance2Impress teachers emphasize integrated movement, theoretical fundamentals, alignment, dance vocabulary, and the development of internal artistic expression. Dancing is both an art form and a sport – in order to truly make each dance impressive and exciting, Dance2Impress teachers choreograph each routine to fit their students’ personalities, styles and abilities.

Testimonials

  • We had the pleasure of Christopher and Jenny choreographing our wedding dance. Their passion for dancing is obvious! They were very patient with us and went the extra mile to make sure we looked perfect on our wedding day. We are so thankful to have the great memories of our first dance and all of it thanks to them!” – Rodrigo and Anastasia Robalino
